I have been to both the Federal Way and Auburn offices and am very happy with the care I received. The staff at both locations are wonderful, friendly and patient. The doctors are great, explaining my conditions in a way I can understand. I have had 3 different eye issues and wouldn't go anywhere else. My mother was a patient there for many years and always received the best of care also. Highly recommend!
I have always enjoyed the optical treatment from Dr. Fredrickson and Dr. Frankel for years and I will continue to do so because of his staffs' professionalism and the good doctor's help with any vision issues I've had.
It's the best. Always greet with a smile. Have time to answer all your questions. Make you fell important. The nurse line is great too. Have answers when bazaar things are happening. Ease your mind to find out that it's just an ocular migraine. Thank you.
