I wanted to take out my carpet in the bedrooms and add the matching flooring. My house was built in 2018 and no one Carry flooring anymore. When I called the builders they told me they went through Elite Flooring. When I called Elite Flooring I spoke to Debbie Moon. They did not carry my flooring anymore but Debbie went beyond and called the manufactures and she found me my flooring. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. Once the box has arrived she stayed later just to make sure that we can pick it up since we were running late and they were already closed I would do business with Elite Flooring... read full review

I was so happy with my appointment with Shawnna to design our new home. She was SO helpful. It Was overwhelming to choose everything at first, but she helped us and made the experience enjoyable!
