“My first internet feedback chat, I hope it gets through to all that read this. I'm 68, have done all my own stuff all my life. Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, roofing and concrete. I'm not able to do it anymore.
I had 4 bids, 1 of which required eve vents? Eve vents?!? Really?!? Axis came in and told me the bid to fix the damage I wanted addressed. Ok? So why are you also the lowest bid I thought to myself? The estimator and I went over details in the bid. Ah, we'll, everything is there. Appointment set.
Day comes to do all the work, one guy shows up, where's your crew I ask. No, it's just me. Your going to do all this by yourself I ask? How long will it take? Yep, just me and it will be done today. I went up the roof a few times checking progress and to my amazement and pleasure he was doing everything better than I could and with incredible precision and speed. I wish I could spell and pronounce his name, hopefully Axis will read and edit that in. I always loose cards to good business to deal with but not this one, I wrote it in large felt marker on my furnace. The speed and quality of craftsmanship and materials were simply noteworthy and I can't emphasize enough how much they deserve my endorsement and future business. Thank you Axis for a job and experience well done.

Our experience with him (Andrew) was so POSITIVE. They kept us informed on what they were doing. We even had a bad storm during the process and the tarped leaked during it. I called and he was over here within 10 minutes. He got up on the roof with rain pouring down plus the wind and made sure everything was covered. Came inside and inspected the ceiling to make sure there were no other spots that were leaking that I didn't notice. Once the storm had subsided. Andrew and his crew were back and completed the roof. They cleaned up all their debris. They left nothing for us to clean up.
