in January 2024 it was 12 degrees outside and our furnace stopped working. we called Northern Comfort and William was here within an hour at 5pm. he fixed our problem, he was friendly and we will definitely use Northern Comfort the next time we have a furnace or AC problem. we had never used them before. I had a great experience working with William. My AC unit had a frozen line and he solved it quickly and helped me understand how that could happen. He also thoroughly reviewed if it was from a deeper issue and explained it well. If you want someone who will charge you fairly and who will make sure you are taken care of, I recommend Northern Comfort.

Bill was able to come the next day. He is very knowledgeable about AC units and furnaces. My AC unit was not working, so he did his diagnosis and able to repair a couple problems I had and also add more coolant. I highly recommend this company.
