Celeste and Lee from Lincare Mukilteo went out of their way yesterday when my husband needed oxygen bottles.
My husband thought he had an order and when Lee hadn't shown up at his usual time I called and Celeste stepped in and called Lee who was able to drop by our home. My husband has been on oxygen for 10 plus years and we have used Lincare services this entire time without any major snafus' . Thank you for your services!

Bob B. I needed guidance when trying to activate my new ResMed II CPAP machine for the first time, so I contacted the Lincare Office in Florida. It seems I was given inaccurate information and experienced some problems, however, when I did a followup and got in contact with Celes at the Lincare Mukilteo Branch in Washington, she turned night into day, and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. My rescuer was Celes who was courteous, friendly, and very efficient in solving my problem, and to that, I say "thank you very much for making my day". Thanks for being the light in the darkness.
