Bryan of Custom Floor Heat has helped me numerous times over several years including tonight when my boiler went out and he responded within moments via text messages while at a movie theater to walk me thru the diagnostic steps and was able to resolve and fix the boiler without a service call. He also installed this new IBC state of the art boiler which was easy to self fix and at the best price in town. Great value and his service was very responsive and not only this time but on several occasions over the past decade with my previous boiler that came with house that had continuous problems until Bryan installed this new one which has been fantastic. .I would recommend Custom Floor Heating to all my friends. Bryan really knows what he is doing. They were always on time, polite and even cleaned up after themselves after the installation. They are at the top of my list for sure.
