This company is quick and goes above and beyond in every aspect of their business -- we are REALLY impressed. Our compressor stopped working mid-shift Saturday during our busiest time. We called SEVERAL companies with no luck. Emerson Electric recommended we call Ed, so we did and left him a message. Exactly 3 minutes after leaving him a voicemail Ed was calling me back letting me know he was already on the way to us to help us out. I'm new to the area, a few of my electriacl outlets stopped working. Replaced one outlet, still no luck. No power at all. Broke down called Federal Electric, the women that answered the phone told me to try something first, if it didn't work, call her back. I wish I got her name. Well it worked. Didn't need anyone to come out. I will use this company in a heartbeat, if needed. You could tell this women new her stuff. Awesome costumer service.
