“They detailed my 2004 4Runner inside and out on July 2-3 2024. It took 2 days because of the coffee stain. The price was $375 (combo price). They also removed a stain from the carpet where I spilled a coffee with cream a couple weeks ago. That was $120. It looks great. Jan, the owner, is very nice. Anthony, the head tech, is also nice. FYI, they do not accept credit cards, only checks or cash. I would recommend them.“

“Updated: Eric finally contacted me. Apparently, he was not alerted about the VMs and texts I sent him, so he is investigating. He issued a partial refund and came out to clean the exhaust tips as promised. I would have given 5 stars however based on the communication issues I had to take off 1 star. In the end they did a good job and I'm happy with the results.

I contacted Opulence to detail my Porsche Boxster. I received an email quote for the full detail - Signature of $300 plus tax. I got a call the same day asking if I had questions. I said since my car is mid-engine, a steam cleaning of the engine would not be possible so instead could I have the exhaust tips cleaned. I was told no problem they would do that instead. The crew arrived Monday at the appointed time and completed the job. After they left I saw the exhaust tips were not cleaned and I called with my concern. Obviously, the promised substitution was not communicated to the detailing crew. I expected an apology and either a return visit to complete the job or a partial refund. I also received no receipt for the work (hard copy or email). The phone number goes straight to voicemail with instructions that if urgent to leave a VM or send a text. I've since left 2 voicemails and 3 texts with no reply. I had intended on having them back to detail another car but will look elsewhere for my detailing needs. If you have problems or concerns with their work they will not respond.“

“Matthew did a killer job on my truck! After 5 days on a road trip full of teenagers, it was wrecked. Not k ly dinner do a fantastic job, but he squeezed me in on a holiday afternoon due to a miss communication. Customer service is absolutely unparalleled! I won’t even consider going anywhere else and will sending all of my company trucks to him for there quarterly detail. If you’re looking for a detailer, stop now and call Apex!“
