Had to take our small dog in after almost a week of diarrhea. Brought in a stool sample because we’d done this before. Had a kind older man as the vet who saw us, and did very well with our dog. They went over costs very transparently (a sheet with each cost for every option we want to take). Nice staff, but you HAVE to be on top of things. We had a fecal test done and the receptionist neglected to check the results and tell us before sending us off. We had to go back and ask. Same for when we noticed a huge wad of clotted blood where the subcataneous fluid injection and a couple injections were between his shoulders.
