Colleen is an absolute GEM. She did so great with my 7 year old! She was completely engaged, made him a part of everything she did, and explained things cleary to him. Overall she provided a very positive experience for both of us.
Absolutely fantastic experience. For my time and money, it's perfect to cover the gap between making a doctor's appointment for who knows how many weeks out and going to an expensive urgent care and sitting next to sick people for who knows how many hours in the waiting room. Besides the logistics, the care I received was excellent. I didn't feel rushed, and all of my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. Thank you Jack!
Fast, efficient, minimal cost, and so happy with the outcome. Why are you not available in every town in every state? This is better than going to a doctor's office, sitting and waiting for what feels like forever, to get charged too much for horrible bedside manners, and results like, "We have no answer for you, but we'll try everything including the kitchen sink and see what pans out." I love this program. It needs to be implemented everywhere. It's not for every situation, but doctor offices are too full of minor cases that can be addressed with a 10 minute walk-in and a $69 payment.
