It’s hard to pin down what is so good about Fidalgo Animal Medical Center. From each person getting down on the ground with Sidney because she has new people anxiety to calling and checking in after a traumatic experience, the people at Fidalgo Animal Medical Center did that and everything in between. Because of Fidalgo Animal Medical Center, I am able to tell Sidney, “I am happy you are here”. Sidney is happy to be here thanks to the actual love by Dr Ian Marshall and Dr Annie. True animal healthcare care and genuine compassion.
The staff at this location not only show genuine compassion and care, they are professional and trustworthy. On numerous occasions the staff went above and beyond my expectations and helped in any way possible. I'm very sad I had to re locate as this was the best team of vets and staff I have seen since the 90s. Thank you guys! - Kyle
My dog was the most relaxed I’ve ever seen her at this vet! You can tell that the staff treats every animal like they are their own!Dr. Annie was also extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the visit and made my dog feel way less stressed about going to the vet!The services are also pretty reasonably decent compared to our old vet!
