“I came in the day I was released from the hospital after a major surgery the day before. I hurt!!! To say the least. However my hospital stay not only ruined my hair, it made me realize how unmanageable my waist length hair really was getting.
I checked in on-line. Picked up my meds and then went right next door to great clips checked in and was set.
I was greeted so nicely by everyone! When it was my turn I got to work with Brandon. He looked at notes in my file and asked me about my preferences. I was shocked.
I kindly informed him of my surgery the previous day and to please be easy with raising the chair. He said he would do his best. When I tell you that I did not expect a grown man to get on his knees to start the process just so he didn't have to raise the chair at all, I almost cried. The princess treatment I got from this amazing human was something I thought only existed in fairytale tv shows and movies. The conversation was friendly and stimulating and he gave me exactly what I asked for during this cut process and believe me he took A LOT of my hair off. Something like this would have traumatized me as I don't cut my hair ever.
I will be back to see Brandon!!! Please don't let that unicorn of a human leave your establishment. You will be loosing an amazing asset to your team. ? thank you so much Brandon for being my unicorn during a really rough time in my life. We need more humans like you.“
