Not a good experience, unfortunately. I made an appointment for a dental cleaning approximately 6-7 months ago and used PTO to attend the appointment. Once there, I was told the appointment was for x-rays and a “comprehensive exam” only, and I would have to come back another day for a dental cleaning. The only explanation given was, “we do things a little differently around here.” I’ve had recent x-rays, so I did not want them again. When I told her this, she asked me if I had the records. Most all fillings fell out within a year. The only one that didn’t is terribly uneven and the wrong color. They also stuck something so far under my gums that my gums are peeling away in my front bottom teeth. I now worry about them falling out. Never coming back.

They told me they couldnt book my six month check up six months prior so I would need to call back two months before I needed to be seen. I called back three months before I needed to be seen and they said they were booked 7 months out and I would need to call back in a few months. How does that make sense?Additionally, when my step dad tried to make an appointmen, they told him they weren't going to be able to get him in because they were booked too far out. Then he asked if his insurance made any difference and when they found out which insurance he had, they magically booked him for one week out.
