A couple of weeks back we had a terrible storm pass through overnight. My recycle bin was at the curb along with two large cardboard containers I had flattened and placed against the bin. Around 5:30 in the morning I went out to see the fate of everything. The bin was upright, but both cardboard things were flattened and drenched! One was on the side of the ditch and the other lay partway in the road. I knew the one in the ditchside was no danger, but the one in the street had tire marks across it. Our garbage man brought my garbage can back to my house from where I placed it on the entrance to the street in our driveway! I have never seen that done before and I truly appreciate him doing that for me! Please thank him for me! I live at 1729 Taft Rd, Aberdeen WA 98520.

Customer service has been awesome, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.Update: told me that they would pick up my extra bags this week and then didn't. ?
