Horrible experience. Definitely would not recommend. Fancy webpage, and brochures, but this place does NOT deliver what they promise and now we are out over 2K and no changes to our son's teeth. I should have seen the red flags a year ago when we started but I thought they knew what they were doing. When they did a mold of his mouth, they did it incorrectly, so we had to come back. Then, they couldn't fit him with an appliance he needed because they "didn't have the part in the office" so we had to come back. We came back and they still didn't have the part. Wow, have the times changed. I see a positive post with the pronoun HE so this might be the fact that there are changes. 2 days before braces are to be installed after waiting months our appointment is cancelled for our 10 yo daughter over the fact that as her parent had advocated that they could do more to support the appeals process with medicaid. As her parent I had to do the advocating including appealing to the health care authority. We did win the appeal, made another appointment and waited just over a month to only have them cancel it two days before. Dental care in Harbor Kids Dental has been okay. The receptionist was extremely rude and unapologetic today. Needed just a hint of understanding and compassion considering the circumstances but was rudely denied. I under no circumstances refer this dentist to anyone !!!!!!
