Yankee has helped me with boiler leaks, toilets, sink issues, etc.
Recently they installed a new boiler. I had a hard deadline to get it done before selling my house. They were able to fit me in and Adam and Kyle were great to have in the house and worked around my schedule showing the house to prospective buyers.
Tammy was great getting back to me quickly to get scheduled, etc.
All around a great experience.
And they're family owned which I really like.
Won't return calls.They ordered the wrong parts. No big deal. But they didn't tell us they ordered the wrong parts, just left us hanging. Six weeks later, still no parts and they won't return our calls. Can't do business like this. Update: Tammy is very helpful when you get her. Call in the morning (7am). Job done, so far so good.
Amazing Experience!Matt replaced both hot and cold water walves for my in-unit washer.After going through multiple plumbers, I can definitely say that he provided the best quote and knew what he was doing.
