“My hot water tank was leaking. When I called I told Crystal it wasn't an emergency and there was no need to hurry. it was leaking about a drop per second and was located in the basement close to a cellar drain. The Service Tech. Timbo arrived with in a few hours, turned out after his evaluation to be unrepairable. While Timbo was here we made a plan to remove the tank heater and utilize the "on demand" hot water heater located on the furnace. The following day Timbo arrived as planned and the transformation from tank to tankless went off with out a hitch.<br>Great experience from start to finish dealing with these folks. They all work together as a team getting the materials and performing the work. Timbo was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.
