Timbo arrived with in a few hours, turned out after his evaluation to be unrepairable. While Timbo was here we made a plan to remove the tank heater and utilize the "on demand" hot water heater located on the furnace. The following day Timbo arrived as planned and the transformation from tank to tankless went off with out a hitch.
