“All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!“

We were there back when Dr Ellis was the sole Doctor (and original owner) at this hospital, ...in its infancy. We've stayed with them all through their growth, while adding staff and new Doctors and new protocols and changes through new owners. We're still there! The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. “Very attentive and competent veterinary professionals. They handled our cat very well and explained what their findings and plan at each step. We had to wait a bit, but that’s how it is with urgent care practices where more severe patients get the attention they need.“

I can tell that this is a space created by people who really love cats. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and I love the detailed notes I get sent to my email after every visit!“
