ZERO STARS. I've never left a negative review for a business but I just had the worst customer service experience of my life at this place. Took my three and half year old daughter in to see what it was like before making an appointment for a hair cut and a male employee approached us as my daughter discovered the toys they had out. I smiled at him and began to excitedly explain that we've been telling her about The Hairy Bear and that she could have her hair cut there and we would like to make an appointment. With an ice cold look on his face he said "she's not taking anymore appointments". That's all. I took my daughter out in tears and returned to tell him how excited she had been to see the place and to ask why they have a place for kids in the salon if they are going to act that way and he just repeated, "she's not taking appointments". I finally said "You clearly don't care" and he said "Exactly" and I left. In shock.

Worst customer service. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked if they had availability for a kids haircut and he said flat out, "no". He didn't ask when I was asking for or acted remotely interested. I will definitely avoid this place in the future.

I was very disappointed of the outcome of my haircut. I asked for a simple half an inch and got cut at least 1.5 inches and my hair is not what it use to look like in other words it was not cut well. It was also extremely overpriced I just wanted a short trim which ended up costing 45 dollars.
