Roto Rooter was amazing! Fast, friendly, and efficient! We noticed a leak coming from our bathroom sink into the floorboards yesterday evening. I used the online scheduling to have someone come out the following morning. The owners called me within half an hour of my inquire and asked if I needed someone that night, luckily, we did not, but how wonderful to call and check in on us like that. They had Jonathan here first thing in the morning and he fixed our problem within an hour. He was super friendly and did great work. Had a good experience with Roto-Rooter. They assessed a potential leak in our hot water heater that the gas company thought might exist. The plumber didn’t find one but did take care of the issue the gas company couldn’t fix, which will result in us not needing to pay for an expensive past the gas company unnecessarily ordered. While the service was good, the cost was high - $395 for first hour of service and $250 for each additional hour. Fortunately the plumber only needed an hour in our case and he also gave us a $30 discount.
We had Jonathan as a tech come out late last Tuesday night to drain the hot water heater that had broken and was draining into the downstairs. He was quick and clean and our dog that would typically bark at anyone who comes into the house was completely silent the whole time he was there. Fast forward to the next Tuesday Jonathan came back and removed the old hot water heater, installed the brand new one, and replaced the leaking faucet in the kitchen with a new one we had purchased all on his own. Again he was polite, funny, quick, and clean in his excellent work. And the pup hardly made a single sound, he has to have a good soul for the dog to have reacted in that way.... read full review
