I just wanted to share a great experience I had with your sales representative Robert. Robert went above and beyond to help us find a particular item that was very difficult to come up with. He went out and found the item told us where we could get it and It gave us the catalog number the UPC number and everything we needed to make it happen very quickly. Customer representatives like Robert are few and far between. He represented your company so well. I've been dealing with Dale at Northeast for over a decade, I couldn't ask for a better sales rep. There is a reason I have stuck with him through several of my employer changes. He is always courteous, timely and thorough.John does a fine job but when Dale retires NE Williston is going to have a huge hole to fill. I do not look forward to that day.
