Carpeted our second level. Despite a great instal a glitch occurred. The installers carpet tool left a black trail around the perimeter of our beige carpet. To me a five star worthy business isn’t predicated on being perfect but rather how well they handle a problems that may arise. These folks are winners in that regard. They stand behind their great service!
Flooring America came through on all counts for our carpet replacement project. Matt and Kyle guided us through the entire process and met all expectations with regards to original estimate, product selection, and installation scheduling. From start to finish, Flooring America came through for us with flying colors. Our flooring project had both hardwood and carpet installations to coordinate, and we were on a deadline. Matt and Jen helped us select the perfect materials, which was an iterative project in and of itself. We were trying to match existing walnut flooring that is no longer available so we had to find the best match. They ordered sample boxes for us twice so that we could see the exact planks we would be getting, and not have to choose based on a teeny sample.
