Needed a drain line put around my foundation to keep water from entering the crawlspace. We agreed he would go down to the bottom of the foundation and put a perforated pipe/crushed stone draining the water away from the house at a price of $3500 bucks. Shake on it, we schedule it, BAM.
I end up checking out the job next time I was up at the property to find out he dug about 6 inches down and buried the pipe with a thin layer of crushed stone. Needless to say the crawlspace still has a small stream running through it and the back yard is still flooded. Called/emailed to get him to fix it, and now im just being ignored.
