I used this office for two years to file my personal tax returns. This year there was a long delay at KL’s offices between when they prepared my return and when they actually filed it, completely due to poor communication and their failure to give me forms to sign on THREE occasions. For the amount of money I paid, I don’t believe I should have to hound them about the filing process and status, but that was necessary this year.
