When I needed an appointment to renew my international driver's license, they accommodated me even though I was late and did not shame or turn me away. Choosing glasses is a very personal and emotional process, especially when you care about your appearance and know you'll wear them for most of the day. She took extra care to make sure all the measurements she took would get the best results for my progressive lenses.I was told it would take 10 working days but BJ's got my glasses finished and delivered to the store in less than a week. After having significant issues with previous glasses from a different source I was pleased to find my new glasses and sunglasses were properly crafted on the first go.Marilyn made a quick adjustment to the nosepieces and the fit, feel, look , and view through the glasses was perfect.And to top off the already great service, I received a handwritten thank you card in the mail from Marilyn a few days later.
