I contacted Steven to do a walkthrough for a property we were interested in that needed a fair bit of work to be made liveable. He was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. He happily took time to explain all of the issues and non-issues with me, and gave very budget-friendly tips on what we could try tackling on our own vs. what needs to be hired out.It was very clear that he was there to be helpful and not upsell anything, and he even followed up after the walkthrough to offer more money-saving ideas.
