We are having an issue with our pool and saw an advertisement that another local pool business had the service we needed. I called explained my situation was nearly put into a cue for repairs but when the person called back with estimates etc., the service I needed could not be promised to me. In the future...........sometime????? I called Poultney Pools and spoke with Rusty explained my situation just as I had to the other local pool business and he immediately started triaging my problem. Rusty was AMAZING answered all my questions, gave me the name of man who could assist with our problem becuase they did not offer the serivce and walked me through each scenario and estimated costs if it ended up being a service or part they offered. I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Poultney Pools, you are the BEST!!!!!!!!!! Customer Service and Pool Services do not get better than Poultney Pools⭐️ Thank you!!!!!!!!
Reached out to Fabian earlier this year to get an estimate for septic tank replacement based on some information a local septic tank company provided. John from Fabian was quick to call back, professional, and sent someone over the following week to "get a lay of the land." John promptly followed up with a reasonable estimate over the phone. My wife and I ended up having Doran Brothers come inspect our tank with a camera to make certain replacement was necessary. Turns out they found no deterioration or cracks, so we didn't need to have it replaced after all!
