Spencer at Key Krafter is a creative Wizard with locks! I called him to replace my broken lock and instead he repaired the old one like new! He is professional, courteous, and highly skilled. He also saved me money and the hassle of door repairs, I appreciate his integrity and dedication to the service he provides.

Spencer just re-keyed our office. Key Krafter has always been helpful over the years and reasonable. When we initially set up our office he did the work, while we were going through changes he suggested we put on a combination lock on the front door, great idea! Not only can you change the combination you didn't need keys. Now over a decade later we've decided to rekey for the new configuration and from using the same keys over the years. He came up with a key combination that I wouldn't have thought of and works very well. While he was here he extracted a broken stuck key in one of the desks and cut other keys for the drawer. Key Krafter has always been dependable, we've used him for years, he's reasonable in his fees and looks for ways to save you money, he's got a long pragmatic and frugal streak in his veins. He's also available for other installations, doors, etc. We hope to have him working on another small project shortly. Thank you excellent service as always, our profession here is Real Estate, he's invaluable.
