Hands at Home provided 7 day a week caregiver services in my home for my father, who is quite progressed in his Alzheimer's disease. His caregivers were kind, compassionate, reliable and good company for my Dad. Hands at Home schedulers were responsive and easily adaptable to a last minute change in my scheduling needs. They made a real effort to schedule just two regular caregivers to minimize stranger anxiety for my father, and those caregivers stepped up to cover each other as much as they were able. Billing was handled smoothly without issues, and we always knew what to expect. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, I won't even think of calling anyone else.
