Russ Rosinski is an absolutely superb home inspector. His professionalism and attention to detail are awe inspiring, his report impossibly thorough. His inspection saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home we thought we liked but which had so many invisible underlying issues--but not invisible to Russ-- that we ended up terminating that sale, thank goodness. Then we hired Russ again for the place we eventually bought. Highest recommendation--eleven out of ten stars.

Russ was very professional, friendly, thorough and informative. He made the effort to get our inspection booked as soon as possible and worked around our and our realtors busy schedule. Even though it was a very rainy afternoon, Russ spent all the time needed outside of the property taking pictures and notes and while inside he was open to discussing any questions we had. After the inspection we had our report within 24hrs and it was very detailed with pictures, notes and his recommendations. A really helpful bonus is the repair request list feature his reports include. I would highly recommend Russ to anybody.
