I do not recommend hiring Allen. He came to look at our leaking boiler, charged us $1030 to replace a few valves, and left with the unit still leaking. It turns out we needed a full replacement when someone else came to assess the following week, so almost none of what he charged us for could be used in that replacement. He was at our home for an hour and 40 min and charged us for 3hrs of labor time, a total of $675 in labor. He stated that he started the clock from the time he left his residence and included the time he spent stopping to pick up parts, all at his hourly $225 labor rate.

Stated he "does not do price qoates" highly over charged us on a bathroom sink installation in which he did not properly install the sink and did not attach it to a stud and within a week later came crashing off the wall. Then had complete disregard for fixing it as we had already paid him so we were left with a mess to fix ourselves. He also never shows when he says he is coming and has poor work ethic. I would not recommend using him if he offered free services at this point...

Allen and team have come to my rescue on multiple occasions for emergency repairs. Great communication, timely, and generally pleasant people to be around.Recently they came to replace my water main valve as it had sprung a leak. If the city was on time to turn off the water then it would've been a quick in and out. Once the came, it took them ten minutes to repair the faulty pipe.I will keep doing business with Allen and team as they are honest and hardworking people.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
