I've been going regularly for about 3 months and I'm feeling stronger. Andrea knows so much about how every single bone and muscle works and talks us through everything. She also talks about the philosophy of yoga, healing, being "enough", so many different scenarios that apply to our lives, how to let go, she's simply amazing I love her. The center is beautiful and starting to offer more than yoga, it's a healing center. I can't think of a better decision I've made for my health I'm very happy.
Amazing class this morning. Thank you Mary Elizabeth. I am traveling and showed up with nothing in hand, very thankful for this center providing me with a mat and blocks. The class was great for beginners, someone like me who hasn’t practiced in a while, or your seasoned yogi.
Thank you Andrea for inviting me in to heart space yoga for a sound healing session. You and Amanda Duffy of Lumiere provided a session full of total relaxation enjoying the heavenly tones of sing bowls and chimes. I was totally felt so safe and loved. I don't know how you did it but you and Amanda filled your beautiful studio with such joy and love. I highly recommend this experience of sacred healing. Namaste*
