I was told I’d be given a letter for a eye condition i had. Then told it had to come from the optometrist in the same building who told me it had to be from the doctor. Then the receptionist is severely sensitive and has a rude tone. She told me i had to establish care there. I replied I’ve been seen three times by Jasmine Berry with humor in my voice. She said firmly You don’t have to be rude. I asked how was that rude and she ignored it presumably because she couldn’t explain how it was rude. Every month, I call in my prescription renewal 4 days in advance, only to have to fight to get them to send it to the pharmacy on the day it is due. This means I get sick before I can get my medication!

I went to the walk-in clinic to get stitches removed. Staff was friendly, there wasn't a wait to be seen, and everyone was very good at their job. In and out pretty quick, no complaints.
