Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!“
