Highly recommend Vermont Carpentry - Joseph especially is a Great guy and extremely knowledgeable. Most recently we had a plumbing issue pop-up out of the blue and Joseph gave us an instant response. He made sure to get to us and diagnose the issue faster than any other professional has ever done for us. We also have the plowing for our driveway and shared Road done by Joseph and he does an excellent job.

We find him to be trustworthy, dependable, reliable and patient.
All around great guy.
He goes above and beyond and has great customer service skills.
He has a quick response time to phone call voice mails, emails and/or text messages.
Would highly recommend him and look forward to having him do other work for us.

My wife and I use their driveway and common road snowplow service. Joseph Potwin has been respectful toward us and professional in resolving any issues. In these times where it seems price gouging is the norm instead of quality of work it's a pleasure having Joseph do our plowing. His pricing is more than fair for the excellent service he provides.
