I love The Body Lab! I had never tried pilates before starting here and have now been attending about twice a week for 5 months. I’m feeling so many benefits. Much fewer aches and pains, my lower back issues rarely flare up and when they do it subsides sooner. Seeing growth in muscle, posture, alignment, balance and coordination. It’s fun, yet relaxing. Flow classes give a thorough full body workout without being overly strenuous— they also have more intense options available.

I am so grateful to have started at the Body Lab consistently over two years ago! I had always been too intimidated to start going to a studio regularly, but the community and environment here is incredibly supportive and kind. The classes (especially Athletic Reformer and Tone) are very challenging, and all the instructors are wonderful. As a medical student, there have been so many days where I think I would've skipped working out had I not had the Body Lab - not only do I feel physically much better, I feel so much happier stepping out of class.

I just started Pilates and Body Lab made it so easy to start and be a beginner! Every class is different and there are so many different props to use. Both locations are also so clean! I have fallen in love with Pilates thanks to Body Lab
