“My hot water tank was leaking. When I called I told Crystal it wasn't an emergency and there was no need to hurry. it was leaking about a drop per second and was located in the basement close to a cellar drain. The Service Tech. Timbo arrived with in a few hours, turned out after his evaluation to be unrepairable. While Timbo was here we made a plan to remove the tank heater and utilize the "on demand" hot water heater located on the furnace. The following day Timbo arrived as planned and the transformation from tank to tankless went off with out a hitch.

“Had a good experience with Roto-Rooter. They assessed a potential leak in our hot water heater that the gas company thought might exist. The plumber didn’t find one but did take care of the issue the gas company couldn’t fix, which will result in us not needing to pay for an expensive past the gas company unnecessarily ordered. While the service was good, the cost was high - $395 for first hour of service and $250 for each additional hour. Fortunately the plumber only needed an hour in our case and he also gave us a $30 discount.“

“These folks were great! My hot water boiler was red tagged on a Friday morning and deemed not safe to use by Vermont Gas. I called a bunch of places but ended up getting the best service with Cooper. We were able to do an estimate for a new heating system over the phone that day, and they came and started installing a new Well-Mclain boiler on Monday. They did a good job keeping me in the loop and pricing seemed fair as any. The install went well and they replaced the zone valves as well.“

Recently they installed a new boiler. I had a hard deadline to get it done before selling my house. They were able to fit me in and Adam and Kyle were great to have in the house and worked around my schedule showing the house to prospective buyers.

Tammy was great getting back to me quickly to get scheduled, etc.
