Mariann is the best groomer I’ve ever been to. My dog is not always the nicest and she takes her time with him and always takes care of him. I appreciate the fact that she’s willing to spend extra time making sure he comes home perfect!! 100% recommend going to her if you want someone to do an awesome job and take the best care possible of your pup!

I brought my spaniel mix in for a bath/nail clip/hair trim/ear cleaning and he came back looking like a kid who cut their own bangs. I just wanted some of his frillies trimmed around his ears, paws and butt to get ready for mud season, and they did a very nice job with the paws but everything else is SO uneven, I don’t know if they weren’t using a guard or if the person who cut his hair had never done it before, but I could have done a way better job with a pair of scissors. They also unnecessarily “manscaped” my dog, not just a little trim around his junk, they shaved my dogs Pubic area bald. I found this very disturbing, my poor dog must be traumatized. I have been going here over a year and the grooming team ALWAYS does well. They are consistent and they cater to my dog's grooming encuera. Give the grooming team a raise!The rest of the store, meh. It's ok.
