The wait time was 3 weeks, but went by quick and recieved the rug back. Some people mentioned staining or ink removal from their rug, and I honestly couldn't tell. Very pleased with the customer service, rug cleaning and communication.

I've used Lacey's for two oriental rug needs and they were amazing! They did fringe repair and rug cleaning. They are professional, timely and affordable. I highly recommend them!
