My hot water tank was leaking. When I called I told Crystal it wasn't an emergency and there was no need to hurry. it was leaking about a drop per second and was located in the basement close to a cellar drain. The Service Tech. Timbo arrived with in a few hours, turned out after his evaluation to be unrepairable. While Timbo was here we made a plan to remove the tank heater and utilize the "on demand" hot water heater located on the furnace. The following day Timbo arrived as planned and the transformation from tank to tankless went off with out a hitch.

Great service, as always! They're reliable and responsible. Joe came out to our home this morning. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. We know we can depend on Benoure and their team.
Prompt,courteous service Steve the service tech took time to explain the problem with furnace so I understood what they were and the process to repair. Very pleased with outcome. Highly recommend and will call again if I need service.
