DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. A warning for everyone. Not only do they do a horrible job, it cost 7 times what they quoted me. If you do happen to make the bad decision to use them, make sure to get the quote in writing as they do a bait and switch and threaten you if you don’t pay. 100% a scam business and can’t believe they are getting away with it.
They charged twice as much as they quoted to sit around and do laundry. We were told laundry would be taken off site, as we were not willing to pay more than $200 for our clean. Our home was cleaned a week ago, not nearly dirty, and they tried to charge over $400 for a turn over!
This was a really disappointing experience. Whitney, the owner, responded to my request about a quick turn-around cleaning of a large house, explaining that she could have a team there a couple of days later. When we discussed the details, I explained that the house is very large (over 7000 sq ft), that the house needed a deep cleaning (particularly the kitchen) and that work had to be completed by noon, but could start as early as 8. She said for a house our size it would be a team of 3 or 4 people, at $50 an hour per person. I asked to cap the charge at $400, and explained that my brother, who was at the house, would direct their priorities. This morning, 2 cleaners showed up at just before 9am. They insisted that they start at the top of the house and work their way down, even though my brother made clear that the kitchen and first floor were the priority. Three hours later, they had cleaned the top two floors but not the first floor. Because we had a hard stop, the job wasn't finished. My brother told me that they moved very slowly and that the work they completed was fairly average. I called Whitney and she apologized, saying that the team should have been there at 8, but that the dollar cap I had put on the cleaning was a big part of the problem. I certainly understand that if we had asked for the entire house to be cleaned top to bottom, but we specified priority areas because of the time and cost limitations, and the cleaners said it "wasn't their system." While I very much appreciate the quick availability, I am very disappointed by the shortcomings and I definitely would not use them again.
