Thorough, careful, service. Came to Brad with a suspected graphics card issue. Feared the worst, but Brad’s team identified the issue was with one of my RAM slots. Got my machine back up and running in no time without needing new parts!

Brad waited on us first thing this morning. Did a fantastic job, doing everything we asked him to do to our computer and more. We got our computer back this afternoon on the the same day. Now our computer works beautifully. We've been going to Brad's for years and he never disappoints us.

Brads has always been there to help me out with parts and questions. I do all my own work on my PC but when my power supply failed I was able to bring it in, they helped test it to be sure and then sold me a better used, but perfectly working one thats still chugging over a year later. Now I had a hard drive issue, GPU issue and case issue and not only did they answer and help me with all my issues but they gave me the new cable I needed. These guys are studs and only want to help your PC. Ive never had a frills or upgrade style sale from these guys. Only what you need when i need it. 5 stars guys keep it up!
