Dr. Miles is the pinnacle of what one would want in a health care practitioner - kind, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. Calling him a "chiropractor" does not do him justice. He has the skills of a chiropractor, physical therapist, athletic trainer, and primary care physician rolled into one. A friend recommended I contact Miles. I'm so glad I did. I had been having pain in my hip for a very long time. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and gave me a few exercises to do. What I found most helpful was his willingness to explain what was wrong and why the exercises would work. This is not usually done in the PT world. After a few months I am without pain and I'm thrilled!

Dr. Colaprete at Balance Chiropractic and Active Therapy was fantastic! I felt safe, comfortable, and empowered in my care to treat shoulder/neck pain I was experiencing. As an active athlete, I appreciated being worked with to maintain my activity while treating my pain in a way that could also be used for both present & proactive treatment and strengthening.
