“We've been with River Cove now for over 39 years! Many beloved dogs through thick and thin including cancer, vestibular and other less critical issues. We were there back when Dr Ellis was the sole Doctor (and original owner) at this hospital, ...in its infancy. We've stayed with them all through their growth, while adding staff and new Doctors and new protocols and changes through new owners. We're still there! The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care.
