Dan did an excellent and thorough job inspecting the home. He also went above and beyond when walking through our house, plus our accessory structures, explaining how things worked, what needed to be fixed/improved, and how severe any of the issues were.
We were also there with our family (they were there to visit the house during the inspection window) and he was very patient with a lot of their questions as well. Dan is an attentive, knowledgeable and experienced home inspector.
