Second time going here today and WOW, I'm obsessed. Jessica was so sweet and knew exactly what she was doing! I got the 90min warm bamboo with hot stones integrated and ahhh it was perfect. Jessica made sure to get every knot lol and boy was there a lot! Haha, 10/10 this place.... please make sure you shoot for a massage at LEAST once a month, and make sure to visit mystic waters day spa! (Everyone is always so sweet!)

Mystic Waters Day Spa always provides exceptional service in a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere! Their massage therapists are well versed with care for those of us with fibromyalgia and arthritis. They’ve helped in getting my movement and flexibility back along with maintaining it. I’m now able to enjoy all the things I used to do again (walking, hiking, etc). Thanks MWDS!

I love 60m massage, but always felt anxious and ready to leave before finishing a 90m-until I started going to Jess! She has great technique, skill and strength. So impressed. Mystic Waters has great talent and relaxing atmosphere right in St. Albans!
