Mandy is an excellent instructor who Taylor’s your fitness program with your needs in mind. I haven’t had a bout of sciatica since taking Pilates. I love that for a little bit of time spent in class a week (2 hours), I have notice and improvement in my overall fitness and positive additive.

Mandy is an incredibly skilled instructor! Her classes are for all age ranges and people of all skill levels. Her Saturday morning TRX class is one heck of a way to wake up! I always leave feeling energized and stronger. She is very willing to modify exercises as well-- I had a hip injury several years ago that affects my performance, and Mandy goes above and beyond to assist and support me. Stop by Motivation Studios-- you won't regret it! Thanks, Mandy!!!!!
