She explained the process and told me what the hourly rate would be. Since it wasn't an extreme emergency, I was given an appointment one week out. I arranged to give the technician access to the basement, since I wasn't going to home. I asked that they call when they arrived so I could walk explain the problem. Brendan called me first thing in the morning to say he was on his way. He called again when he arrived in order for me to explain what the problem was. He called a third time to tell me that he found the source of the problem and had rectified it. The invoice I received was reasonable, and within the range of what I was expecting. I commend the reliability and competance of A-1 Sewer and Drain, and I do recomment them.“
