Chem-Dry super-cleaned the carpets in our new house, just before move-in, and managed to get years of dirt out of what initially looked like clean carpets. Whew! The 2 workers were efficient and courteous. By that evening, when we came back to the house, there was no smell and the carpets were dry. Tanya, who answered the phone, worked with us around a difficult timeline. I will definitely call Chem-Dry again when the carpets need cleaning.
